Die Hausstruktur hilft, während der Regenzeit warm zu bleiben und kühlt sich während der Trockenzeit auf natürliche Weise ab – alles ohne Klimaanlage. Wir haben große Glasfenster hinzugefügt, um natürliches Sonnenlicht hereinzulassen, da traditionelle Bunong-Häuser keine Fenster haben und ziemlich dunkel sein können. Jedes Zimmer verfügt außerdem über speziell entworfene Fenster, die nur für den Luftstrom gedacht sind (sie können nicht geöffnet werden), um frische Luft im Inneren zu halten und gleichzeitig das ursprüngliche Design zu respektieren.
