Spostarsi a piedi da qui è semplice, grazie alla sua posizione strategica. Due camere da letto, 2 bagni. Aria condizionata, riscaldamento, wifi, smart tv. L'atmosfera è semplice, ma autentica. Fermata autobus a 50 Mt per il centro. Tutti i negozi a portata di mano. Plastic free&Pet friendly.

Casa nostra è a due minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di mondello. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata, finemente arredata e ha il parquet. Dal salotto sempre pieno di luce si accede alla cucina e a alla grande terrazza con vista sulle montagne, dove è possibile mangiare, fare la doccia, rilassarsi sui lettini e godersi serate splendide. Questa è una casa che abitiamo anche noi per 3 mesi l'anno e ci piace ospitare persone che vogliano questo tipo di esperienza su airbnb: reale!

Luminosissima e spaziosa la mia casa ė composta da due camera da letto matrimoniali con bagni in camera e cabine armadi. Una camera singola ed altri due bagni.Una terrazza di fronte al golfo di Mondello vista sul mare, attrezzata con salottino,zona pranzo e area fitness. Ideale per assaporare i vostri momenti di relax godendovi il panorama sul mare e tramonti da sogno.

Enjoy a blissful stay in this unique villa just few minutes walk from Mondello beach and all the best local amenities. The house consists of two floors. Two big bedrooms with double beds, a full kitchen, a bright and spacious living room, an outside patio and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a baby cot and a desk. There is also a large garden to relax in total privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house with a separate gated entrance.

It is accessed by walking for about 30 meters, a private condominium road uphill. The villa is located on the Addaura seafront, the northern coast of Sicily a few km from the center of Palermo and the beaches of Mondello and Vergine Maria. The sea can be reached via an access point located 70 meters from the Villa across the road.
