La casa si trova in un punto strategico per raggiungere il golfo di La Spezia con le sue perle Lerici e Portovenere e le vicine Cinque Terre. Si sviluppa su un unico livello con un grande spazio esterno dedicato ai nostri ospiti attrezzato con forno e barbecue per piacevoli pranzi e cene all'aperto. Il suo interno è composto da un'ampia sala con camino, divano letto e ampia vetrata, una camera matrimoniale, un ampio bagno con doccia , ripostiglio e una piccola ma attrezzatissima cucina.

Nascosta nella zona di tranquilla di Fegina, villa "La Rana" e' un rifugio dal trambusto delle Cinque Terre, ma con accesso immediato a tutto ciò che questo patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO ha da offrire.
