It is in an original old Dalmatian stone house, with a huge courtyard, where you can relax. Guests are welcome to explore our vineyard and olive grove and enjoy the picturesque Mediterranean views and scents.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Micika Apartments are located 2 km from Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just 15 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. -Free private parking is available, reservation is not required. For the following season we wented to make this apartment more exciting for our future guests. Some exciting renovations were done and we are still waiting for to new professional photos to be done.
