Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

GIO' - L'attico fronte lago

Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Un Gioiello di Vista Lago

Mein Haus ist in Tosnacco, dem oberen Teil von Moltrasio gelegen, einem der schönsten Orte entlang des Comer See's, recht nahe zum Zentrum von Como (ca. 15 min Fahrt). Vom öffentlichen, kostenlosen Parkplatz sind es ca. 200m bergauf zu meinem Haus - mit schwerem Gepäck wohl anstrengend. Als Ausgleich für den Anstieg gibt es aber ein spektakulären Seeblick, speziell vom Balkon aus. Zum Zentrum von Moltrasio mit Restaurants und einem Minimarket sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuss.

Next to the house there is a Carrefour open 24h / 24h. The Como S. Giovanni train station is 500m away and can be reached on foot. On request it is possible to have another single bed or a bed for small children in the bedroom. The apartment has new double glazing and noises from the street can not be heard.
