The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Das Bauernhaus genießt einen beneidenswerten Blick auf die zerklüftete Landschaft der Garfagnana. Die Apuanischen Alpen erheben sich hinter den Stränden der toskanischen Riviera bis zu 2000 Meter hoch und sind bekannt für ihren Marmorabbau. Nach einer langwierigen Restaurierung wurden das Bauernhaus und die angrenzende ehemalige Scheune in zwei freistehende Häuser umgebaut.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.
