WINTER ADVISORY: Snow & ice may be present on the driveway & walkways. 4WD/AWD/All Season Tires recommended. Practice caution when walking & driving in the mountains. Relax - Play - Enjoy! The best of two worlds: a sophisticated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Contemporary with all the creature comforts - all this on just under 8 acres in a picturesque back country setting with majestic mountain views, and even a small pond. Plenty of highlights in the saltbox-like residence. Brand new stranded bamboo floors in the cathedral ceiling great room and bedrooms. The road is cleaned of snow and anything above 2 Inches.

Lovely Farm Cottage & Majestic Waterfall

The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

Hawkhill, an idyllic and secluded getaway. 2 bedrooms, queen beds. high speed WiFi. Electric heat, wood stove. Enjoy the fire and watch the wildlife. Fire pit. Driveway access all year. Trails to the pond, creek, and a small waterfall. Oneonta 20 minutes. Cooperstown 45 minutes. Visit charming Franklin. Amazing second story deck that faces only woods. Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs. Stand alone ac unit in main room in July/August. There is a camera facing the driveway. No cleaning fee.

Secluded and Private Catskills Cabin with a View

Modern cabin on the mountains of the western Catskills. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an assortment of books, board games, puzzles, and an indoor wood-burning stove. There is reliable, high-speed fiber-optic wifi. There is no TV. Note: In winter (Dec-March at least) you will NEED a vehicle with AWD or 4WD to reach the cabin. The final .75 mile of the drive is a dirt road with a couple of hills that could be difficult for an FWD vehicle to safely get up or down.
