We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.

This is a lovely little apartment with a private patio and parking. It is located just blocks from the highway for easy access to many local parks and attractions while still being quiet and homey. The private patio is set up to enjoy the changing light on the beautiful mountains of the area and the soft starlit nights of the high desert. A full kitchen, jetted tub, and washer/ dryer are included. Comfortable and elegant while still cozy.

Hualapai mountains are close and great for hiking or riding off road on UTVs. Great area to get away with the family.
