Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. Open for July 2nd Wharf Street Party! This is the most affordable studio in this amenity packed, beach front resort. Our studio is like a hotel room with a king bed, NO balcony and NO beach view from your room but a great comfortable place to sleep when you are done having fun in the sun. There is a sofa sleeper for toddlers, a dining /work table, a kitchenette w/ full sized refrigerator and full bathroom and bedroom area. A barn door separates LR/KIT areas. Parking $50 per stay.

Spring Hill Guest House

Spring Hill Guest House is nestled beneath the beautiful oaks of historic midtown Mobile. It is also conveniently located near a Publix Super Market & a variety of excellent restaurants. Enjoy the spacious private outdoors with a fenced in back yard, luxurious swimming pool, gas grill & a relaxing seating area near the fire pit. Your pets are more than welcome. You will have quick access to our beautiful beaches w/ the interstate less 2 miles from the Spring Hill Guest House.

Summerville Suite condo is a place to call home, built in 1939 these historic condos sit on 7 acres of gorgeous majestic oaks and crepe myrtles. Summerville includes a pool, hot tub, and fitness room with the clubhouse. The condo open floor plan is spacious and you will love the large balcony. The kitchen, open to the living and dining rooms is fully equipped for all you cooking needs. There are two multi-charges in the condo and great wifi.
