Kialla Down, rural vista, peace and quiet

Lovely views across to Mt Gibraltar, attracting 5* feedback from 95% of guests. Sunny aspect. Quiet, semi-rural neighbourhood. Small patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Free car parking adjacent to private ramped entrance. Key-safe access. By negotiation a small, mature, well-behaved dog accepted in living area, (not in bedrooms, please) and under control in garden area. My place is unsuitable for long term rental so I am not depriving anyone of an affordable housing opportunity.

Little Ronnie's Cottage

Recently refurbished (2021) cottage set in our lovely tiered private garden on the slope of Mt Alexander. Views to the Mittagong Ranges and a very quiet and peaceful location. Easy 15 min walk to train station and many food and drink venues. A/C (heat/cool), wood burner, ceiling fan, double glazed windows. Queen bed, bathroom with heated floor, heated towel rail and a well equipped kitchenette with basic breakfast provisions including tea and coffee. Private, peaceful & perfect for couples.

29 on Shepherd

29 On Shepherd is a small original 1940’s , cosy cottage within easy walking distance to the centre of Bowral. The owner lives in the back 2 storey extension connected by a solid door with total privacy for both and is often away. Noise is not an issue! The two guest bedrooms have one king and 2 king single very comfortable beds, reverse cycle air conditioning, overhead fans, and wardrobe space. A full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet + powder room. Kitchenette, eating area and lounge.

Yallah Hideaway

Yallah Hideaway is a detached guesthouse on acreage. Access to beaches, golf courses, Wollongong, Illawarra and Southern Highlands. Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

Mansfield Park is located in Bowral just 10minutes from the town centre and very close to Milton Park and Ngununggula Regional Art Gallery. Perfect location for a family or two couples. The space consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a private kitchenette with a kettle, coffee machine, toaster and bar fridge. Please note there are no additional cooking or laundry facilities. While the space is joined to the main house, guests have their own private entrance.

The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House is an older property that has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!

A pet friendly, comfortable and well-appointed, self-contained apartment for rent amongst the gum trees. Only a short walk to Mittagong train station, Sturt Gallery, shops, restaurants and galleries. Newly renovated, the apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioner, a private entrance, designated parking area and a private outdoor outlook. Wi-fi and Netflix all included. Comfortable, private, quiet get-a-away so stay a week or more. No cleaning fee.

Burradoo Loft with King size bed.

Down a lovely tree lined drive, sitting on one acre, a beautiful loft apartment awaits you. Fully self contained with its own entrance, this space has the feel of an art gallery. As the apartment is upstairs, this property is not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Property not suitable for children under 12 years. Unfortunately we cannot welcome pets. 2km to the cafes and shops of Bowral. Bed configuration other than King by request.

La Goichère AirBnB

This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
