The Rock House is a 1940's giraffe rock duplex that we've renovated. Located in the historic downtown area, a country garden setting with an artistic vibe. Our home, garden, stage & studio are part of this large complex. our Air B&B is a private large suite with its own parking and separate entrance. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Table Rock Lake, The James River, Silver Dollar City, Branson, hiking trails, boating, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and theaters are all within 10 miles.

The Family Circle | Cozy Main-Floor Springfield

The Family Circle is a private-NOT sound proof main-floor stay with its own entrance. We live in the finished basement with a sweet dog. The city around us and our kids do make noise. Guests have 2 parking spots, a full kitchen, Roku TV (Guest Mode), Wi-Fi, and laundry hookups. Step outside to a fenced backyard with a grill and deck. We’re close to Bass Pro, Wonders of Wildlife, Springfield Botanical Gardens, Dickerson Zoo, Battlefield Mall, hospitals, colleges, downtown, and the airport.

Treehouse Day Spa is nestled on 3 wooded acres in St.Charles County. There is a subdivision next to me but I have my trees!!! Get away from it all while being close to it all at the same time. Augusta wineries, Main Street St. Charles and the Streets of Cottleville are all within minutes of the location! There are two rental units in the treehouse: The spa suite and the penthouse. A laundry room is a shared area, but we work hard to limit use while guests are here.

The Brick Barn Studio is a sweet and peaceful private space on the first floor of a late 19th century Carriage House. Guests enjoy private entry to their accommodation, mini kitchen, shower/bathroom, and laundry, king mattress on a unique built-in bench platform, and a convertible sofa for another guest or two. There is a privacy curtain provided for guests who would like a little separation between the bed and sleeper sofa.
