The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 mowed acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Please read the entire description and view photos before reserving! Pet fee- $20 per pet per night. 2 pet limit. Please notify me if you plan to bring a pet so I can update the reservation price.

Basement apartment with private entrance, detached from main living area. Offers 650 sf with a kitchenette, fridge, washer/dryer, and private bath w/ shower, all within a gated neighborhood. Easy access to Lake Dardanelle, fishing, hiking and Monument mountain biking trails at Mt. Nebo. Only a 5-mile drive to ANO. Great for outage workers. One queen bed, one couch, and two floor mattresses, if needed. Offers beautiful views of the lake and sunsets from your private porch swing next to the pool.

Lake Ann Guest House: Trail head and Lake Access

Welcome to the Lake Ann Guesthouse. We are a 2 min drive to 71, located in an idyllic wooded neighborhood on Lake Ann. Near: Back 40, walk to Buckingham Trail Head, parks, golf, biking/hiking trails and all Bella Vista has to offer. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

This casual, cabin-like 2-bedroom basement unit has a private entry, off street parking, and many recreational options both inside and outside. Enjoy the large backyard for relaxing with a great view of the lake. Access to a fire pit, patio, picnic table, gas grill, and yard games. Sleeps 6 adults and houses a billiard table, TV, and a small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric griddle & skillet, air fryer, dishes, serving ware and Keurig. No kitchen range

Terrace - Lakefront home, hot tub, patios, kitchen

The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the Loft home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, fire pit, and an outdoor lounge and dining area. Note there may be guests occupying the upper Loft home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove steps from Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children or fires.

Dickey House, Carriage Suite

Large bedroom suite located on a Victorian estate in the heart of a small town. One level, no steps. Parking right near suite for easy access. Very comfortable king size bed and couch that coverts to full size sofa bed if requested. Includes 2 person jacuzzi tub, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Big screen tv. Great option for a small family or an extended stay. Beautiful setting. Within walking distance of three local restaurants and downtown attractions. NO SMOKING, NO PETS

2-story living space sleeps up to 6. Downstairs has a kitchenette (no stove or kitchen sink) with a microwave, coffee pot, mini frig and utensils. Dish tub provided, and you can wash dishes outside. Outdoor charcoal grill. 2 can sleep on the Futon sofa bed. Lg walk in shower in bathroom. Upstairs has 1 queen, 2 twin beds with 1/2 bath. Outdoor charcoal grill, electric skillet & air fryer. Located on 300-acre farm on Ouachita River with easy access for floats, fishing & private hikes.
