Private basement with two queen beds, couch, memory foam cot or air mattress (upon request), full bathroom, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, snacks, mini fridge (no freezer), table, WiFi, and a TV (Roku and antenna). We will be upstairs during your stay. We are not loud but you will hear us walk around upstairs. There is a walkout door to backyard. You will be able to park in the driveway. Walkway to gate located on east side of house. Walkway to backyard is well lit.

Outdoor grill, picnic table, wood fire pit and rooftop gas fire pit. Hammocks, corn hole and board games. After booking, guests are required to complete a renter’s agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. This is required for all guests without exception.

The kitchen is completely brand new and stocked with cooking essentials and a coffee bar. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage. Each bedroom has its own smart TV.

Charming Waldo Reader's Retreat

Sweet little bungalow in the heart of Waldo. Sits at the back of the property, so there is no fenced in yard. We had a new driveway poured in 2025, you’re welcome to use that or park on the street. Main bedroom is on the ground floor with an additional bed upstairs (the stairs are ladder-like, so not suitable for everyone!). We love this little house so much and think you will too.

Marty's Retreat 1 block to downtown Overland Park

Another Quality Home Spot Retreat! Completely updated ranch home in an established tree-lined neighborhood. Short walk to the local Farmers Market, restaurants, sports bars, bakeries, coffee shop, liquor store & more. Many delivery choices. Just park at the front door and walk inside. NOTE Washing machine just broke. We are working on getting a repair guy to fix it.
