At just over 100 sq ft, experience tiny living in our cozy space. The small space is priced accordingly, we are one of the cheaper places to stay in SF. You'll have a private room with a bathroom and queen Murphy bed that pulls over a couch. We are in the middle of Bernal Heights, a quiet and quaint neighborhood with amazing views of downtown San Francisco from the top of the hill. We are two blocks away from shops, cafes and restaurants, it's very walkable. Come stay and live like a local!

Dolores Heights Garden Unit

We offer “your place on a hill” in a very desirable neighborhood. Walk to Castro, Noe Valley, Mission, MUNI Metro and BART. This space offers an efficient European style kitchen with a Smart Oven, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, queen bed, comfortable couch and multi-use table. There is free parking for one car available. Your hosts, John and Jody live upstairs and are available quite often to answer any of your questions but we will respect your privacy. We appreciate a no-shoe policy.

Fantastic, quiet, remodeled private cottage, with large deck off living room and bedroom, and roof deck with city views, shared hot tub, a beautiful wet bar with induction burner, huge heated-floor bathroom, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, 77" 4K home theater with thousands of free movies, many streaming services, 1000Mbps internet, both WiFi and Ethernet and a dedicated work-from-home desk space, a large bedroom with reclaimed wood wall, and closet. One block from historic Castro district.

This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. Originally conceived as an atelier by a previous owner/SF Ballet designer with a private entrance and patio, offers a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of SF. Easy access to Muni, tech shuttles, BART, Whole Foods, along with many restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries!

Charming Cottage near Dolores Park

Tugged away from the street the cottage (built in 1870) will welcome you with yasmin and lemons and roses. It is not your usual Victorian but has an open floor plan with windows on all sides. You step into a light living room with kitchen and dining area. Bedroom, study and bathroom are all on the same level. To get to the roof deck you walk up a few more steps to a loft area and from there step out to the deck with stunning views of the city.
