Our Ventura Pierpont Beach beach house is family friendly and just footsteps away from the sand. Our newly renovated beach house is cute + cozy and the perfect getaway! Hummingbird Cozy Cottage, Garden, Treehouse, Views

The cottage is VERY small (think Tiny House) but with all the comforts and amenities. The bedroom has a full bed that sleeps a couple, the den has a fold down twin with a memory foam topper stored underneath, extra linens in the dresser. The treehouse is a SMALL separate structure with a twin bed and a small deck. It is a regular twin, not extra long so is best for a child or Not- Too-Tall adult. It is heated, has WIFI and a wonderful view but not its own bathroom.
