The crystal clear sea, kayaking and snorkeling steps away from your bed, are great prerequisites for a perfect vacation. Two SUP and 2 kayaks are included with the price of house. House is totally renovated in 2019. with a new bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. House is about 200m2 in two floors it has two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace, and Private beach with sun beds and a shower. On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced.

Our family house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house built only 6 m from the sea on the property of 1500 sqm hidden in the shadow of 50 year old Mediterranean trees. Those who want to spend their vacation in the quiet place next to the sea should come to us – to our little village of Bobovišća na Moru on the southwest side of the island.

The newly renovated house is located in a quiet part of the town of Hvar. The greatest treasure of the house is the terrace overlooking the sea, which is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned. You are 300 meters away from the largest beach, and a 10-minute walk along the coast from the city center. There are several shops, restaurants and bars 5 minutes from the house.

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.

Das Haus liegt oberhalb der Küstenstraße und ein Auto wird dringend empfohlen, um überall hin zu gelangen (aufgrund der etwas steilen Lage).
