In front of the building there is an extensive garden, with ancient trees, lake and beds of beautiful flowers. The garage is a plus in an area where it is not easy to find place to park, and in parks where parking is very expensive. The whole apartment is very comfortable and equipped with quality furnishings and contemporary taste.

Bento train station, 2 minutes to St. António Hospital and bus stops, and 10 minutes to the riverside zone. The Palácio de Cristal and the Soares dos Reis Museum are 400 m away and you have a panoramic view over the Douro River just 200 meters from the house. Casais da Bandeirinha is an apartment restored in 2013 in an antique building, in the 30s style, with 3 bedrooms. It has one double bedroom for a couple, a double bedroom with individual beds, and a bedroom with a bunk with two beds, with a total capacity of 6 persons.
