Our apartment is part of a small complex on the canal in the heart of Mooloolaba. It is on the Ground Floor with a magnificent north-facing canal outlook. This is enhanced by the canal being very wide at this point. It is located an easy walk from the main beach and all the cafes and restaurants that Mooloolaba is famous for. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of that strip to provide peace and quietness, but close enough for you to walk there should you want to.

Relax in our private air conditioned guest studio, perfect for singles and couples looking for a coastal get away. The studio has a separate entry and complete privacy. It is fully self-contained and is modern, bright and airy. The space also includes your own private deck with views to the glasshouse mountains. The studio has high speed WiFi and smart TV with access to any of your apps. It has a Nespresso coffee machine, breakfast facilities and access to a shared swimming pool.

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area.
