Das Haus liegt auf einem Doppelgrundstück mit Blick auf 120' des Flusses Tittabawassee. Hochzeitslocations in der Nähe von 5 Bereichen! Einfacher Zugang von der M-61 auf einer asphaltierten Straße. Derzeit genießen wir den natürlichen Fluss des Tittabawassee River, aber bitte beachte, dass es keinen guten Zugangspunkt gibt, um auf/ins Wasser zu gelangen. Die Restaurierung des Damms, der den See bildet, wird geschätzt, dass er im Jahr 2026 abgeschlossen ist.
