Meerblick ab dem 1. OG. 2 Parkplätze. In den Monaten von 1.November - 31.Mai sind Außen-Bauarbeiten in der Nachbarschaft möglich. Wir haben das bei der Preisgestaltung berücksichtigt. Straßen- und Brückenbauarbeiten sind ganzjährig von offizieller Seite aus möglich und generell im Innenbereich.

Location in the inland Istria makes this property a nice choice for relaxing and peaceful holiday. Evenings under the open air with tasteful BBQ dinner will be a nice closure of the long summer day.

Kastav, a town fortified by a town wall with nine defensive towers, was built on the ridge of Karst mountain ( 377 meters above sea level ). It is situated very near from our " Pearl of the Adriatic " Opatija ( 6 kilometers ) and Rijeka ( 10 kilometers ) , only 20 kilometers from Rupa, the Croatio Slovenian border.

Studio apartman se nalazi 5 minuta hoda do plaže Tomaševac, a 500 metara od centra Opatije, 300 metara do supermarketa, 500 metara od povijesne šetnice Carmen Sylva. Ima osiguran parking i Wi-Fi. To je apartman u našoj kući i ima balkon, u okruženju mediteranske vegetacije.
