If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, separate rec room (pool table, dart board, bar, arcade, tv) BBQ grill, hot tub, scavenger hunt, yard games, etc.....

Our cozy cottage now sits on hundreds of acres of ancient trees and emerging forest on a dry lake bottom with a picturesque river running through it. You & your family/friends will love your stay in this cozy upgraded cottage with an enormous deck & sunset views like no other.

The house has three bedrooms, including a double bunk bed in one room and a master suite & central heat/ac A recent addition of a garage, entryway and loft have changed the look of the place. Nice three-bedroom home located in quiet neighborhood of Saginaw Township. Close to restaurants and shopping. There is a fourth bed (queen) in the finished basement for larger parties. The following is the bedroom setup: Bedroom 1 - Queen bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed Basement (finished) - Queen bed. Property is also pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Recently had a cleanliness issue. New cleaning company hired plus, decided to add some carpeting and touchup painting.

This small one bedroom, one bathroom getaway is just the right size for 2-3 people. There is a paved trail just a short walk down the road that connects to the Bay City State Park and Tobico Marsh trails.

It has been completely refinished with new rustic furniture throughout with a Queen in the master bedroom and a Queen over Queen bunk bed in the guest bedroom.
