The backyard is a retreat, with a large deck, cozy fire pit, and ambient lighting—perfect for evenings. With inviting indoor and outdoor seating areas, there's plenty of space to relax or gather. And when you're ready to explore, you're just a 10–15 minute walk from great restaurants, bars, and shops.

Permit # 18684 5 min walk to beach. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy the beach, bike trails, fishing, concerts and water/amusement park. Price listed is for up to 8 guests (incl children 2y & up). Any pet would need to be pre-approved and subject to additional pet fee. There is a ring door-bell on premises used to check-in guest to verify their identity and the total amount of guest staying at the property. No unauthorized visitors allowed.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.
