The apartment is open plan on first floor with a double bed, and double bed settee and en-suite shower and laundry room. The second floor comprises twin beds addition with en-suite bath. Hight restriction to 2nd floor slopping ceiling.

Just a 5 min drive to Bury Town centre with a tram into Manchester that takes around 20 mins, 20 mins drive to Ramsbottom or Rochdale. The cosy cottage consists of a comfortable living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath tub and shower, and a small suntrap garden to sit out on sunny days.

Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

Welcome to our cute converted stone outbuilding in a quiet part of the village which is a small village on the Woodhead Pass on the edge of Manchester and the Peak District. It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. Guests will have the privacy of the cottage but we are available in our family home opposite. Additional fees are added for early check in and check out. £5 charge for pets.

Accommodation is split level with a couple of steps separating the bedroom and living area from the fully equipped dining kitchen. A modern shower room with complementary toiletries complete the space. Guests can access the cottage either from the shared courtyard or the private garden area. There is off street parking and wifi at the property.
