Der Keller ist der einzige eingeschränkte Raum. Ansonsten sind keine Partys, Versammlungen oder Veranstaltungen auf dem Grundstück erlaubt. Das Haus innen und außen ist nur für die Nutzung durch den Gast bestimmt.
