Really easy to find and up a small track with huge amounts of greenery, trees and wonderful views. Very quiet location, perfect to rest up in. Amazing host who can't do enough for you, fantastic cooked breakfast and classic farmhouse style decor. Only 20 minutes from Ipswich. If you have any questions just ask!

Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

Dial House B&B - Spacious Twin Room w/ Ensuite

Stylish private twin bedroom in the Dial House Bed & Breakfast. Tastefully decorated throughout - shower - wifi - TV.. English breakfast included - prepared freshly by your host and chef Yosita. Extra child/teen bed available. For larger groups, there is a further Double bedroom for 2 additional guests. £30pp surcharge for guests 3-4-5. Please note: there is one toilet/shower room for both rooms, located inside the front of the twin room, shared within your group, but not other guests.

Our comfortable king-size bedroom with own bathroom, in a separate area upstairs in our house, overlooks a lovely walled garden in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in England. We also have an adjacent smaller twin bedroom which is available for the same group or perfect for families with children (aged 5 upwards). Both bedrooms share the same private bathroom. We are perfectly placed to enjoy beautiful Flatford Mill and Constable country. The coast is nearby too.

Old Stables Rosalie Farm: Rural Retreat Setting

A rural annexe offering very comfortable, peaceful, accommodation, 2 double or twin rooms with Sky TV, Wifi, a sitting room with TV. Easy reach of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stansted Airport, Haverhill. Good local pubs/restaurants. Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. Pop can help with these outdoor pursuits aswell as any other interests in the local area.

Danbury Cottage

Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am on request. It is possible to put a temporary bed in the single room. It would be a bit limiting but we will do this on request foc. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave for hot food. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom.

Double with Ensuite This room is converted from the outbuilding of the original farm, features an exposed flint wall and an open gable roof. Rescued cinema seats provide the ideal intimate space for you to watch your evening film. A contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy a traditional breakfast, freshly cooked to order, using local ingredients, served with a selection of fresh fruits and cereals. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available upon request.

Barn and stable buildings for a rural stay

We would love to welcome you to our quiet little spot in Suffolk and hope you would like to come and enjoy some time here with us. Over the pandemic many changes have taken place and through various circumstances we are now looking to hire out our beautiful barn and bedroom buildings as a self contained unit rather than bed and breakfast accommodation. This does mean that the current set up is a little unique but we hope we can provide guests with a spot to get away and enjoy.

The cottage is surrounded by beautiful rural walks through water meadows by the river and open farmland.
