Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

"El Palomar de Leonardo" esta muy bien iluminado, es un espacio con diseño Rústico. Funcional que brinda gran confort y muy buena ubicación, la cocineta permite la preparación de alimentos con toda libertad y comodidad ( Horno Microondas, Estufa, Refrigerador y utensilios de cocina). Cercano a estación de Metro Mixcoac 200m Bienvenidos todos los huéspedes, si distinción de sexo, religion, raza y credo. Por la cercanía por otro espacio y escaleras no permitimos niños menores de 12 años.

Near the most touristic places: 15 min from La Roma/Condesa, Coyoacán, Wtc, Zócalo and 25 min from Airport, Xochimilco, Polanco and Foro Sol. The spot is in a local zone close to the Subway (400m), supermarkets, mini super, restaurants, laundry’s. The place is completely private, and has a double bed, Tv, bathroom, wifi and a kitchenette and an incredible view to the sunset and the city. 420 friendly too 🍃
