Appi Family is a single-family house with a wide garden located in the municipality of Capoterra, in the residential district Residenza del Poggio. We are at only 20 minutes from the Cagliari city center and 15 minutes from the airport, a very convenient location to explore the city of Cagliari and the beautiful seaside of the south Sardegna: 1. at only 20 minutes from us, you will find Nora, an old punic city later conquered by the roman empire. Its ruins are located a step away from the crystal clear water of the sea; 2. at only 30 minutes from us, you will find the beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula with fine and clear sand; 3. A 45 minutes drive will bring you to one of the most beautiful shores on the Mediterranean sea, the seaside location of Chia with white sand dunes, crystalline sea water, secular junipers and lagoons with multicolored reflections. 4. On the east side, the city of Cagliari, and its beach the Poetto, which is only 30 minutes away. It is also possible to visit the natural park of Monte Arcosu (WWF oasis), one of the few natural parks on the most admired island in the Mediterranean and one of the last realms of the Sardinian deer, a true treasure trove of biodiversity. The room is cleaned and sterilised every time....it's style furnished and equipped with air conditioner, single bed with clean sheets and a blanket available, a practical folding desk, night table and a wardrobe...a kettle, Lavazza coffe machine, individual mini fridge..and fast WIFI. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is for exclusive use of the guest, is equipped with shower and clean bath towels. There is no bidet. Other Airbnb rooms are located in the house. Breakfast consists of Espresso coffee or the. Common spaces are not available.

Gli ambienti sono dotati di aria condizionata. Di fronte alla Patio si trova un terrazzo panoramico con vista sul mare. In cima ad una collina e lontano dal rumore del traffico, il B&B è perfetto per stare in relax. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo, viene servita nella veranda porticata con vista panoramica sul mare.

Nearby is the pretty tourist harbour of Perd'e Sali. We have 3 double rooms all of which have private bathrooms and are equipped with air conditioning/central heating, fridge,wi-fi ,phon. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno privato con doccia, set di asciugamani, sapone e phone.
