Το διαμέρισμα είναι άνετο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει οικογένειες μέχρι πέντε ατόμων. Ο εξοπλισμός είναι πλήρης όπως ένα κανονικό σπίτι.Σε πεντε λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στην πλατεία της παραλίας όπου υπάρχουν καφέ και εστιατόρια και στον πεζόδρομο της αγοράς με τα μεζεδοπωλεία.

Mitten in dem kleinen Ort Methoni am Südwesten des Peloponnes steht unsere Villa . Es ist ein grundrenoviertes Steinhaus, im ursprünglichen Stil in diesem authentischen Ort und allen Annehmlichkeiten. 500 m zu Fuß zum Strand und 25 Min. mit dem Auto zum nächsten Golfplatz. __ Fertigstellung war im Juni 2019, neue Klimaanlage 2023
