You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Diese Unterkunft wird auch wegen ihre grosse Terrasse mit rum herum Sicht und Aussenbadewanne geschätzt. Sie ist vor allem für Paare und Singles geeignet. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια από την παραλία, 3 λεπτών με τα πόδια από τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο (κάστρο Μεθώνης), δίπλα στην αγορά, τα καφέ και τα εστιατόρια. Διαθέτει όλες τις ανέσεις και προσφέρει άμεση εξυπηρέτηση από τους ιδιοκτήτες.

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

Es ist ein grundrenoviertes Steinhaus, im ursprünglichen Stil in diesem authentischen Ort. Pattere ist ein Studio/Loft als offener heller Raum mit kleiner Küche eingerichtet. 500 m zu Fuß zum Strand und 25 Min. mit dem Auto zum nächsten Golfplatz. __ Gebaut 2019, neue Klimaanlage 2023

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events .
