Quiet, private, ideal for families or groups and pet friendly. Located on the first floor, it has its own entrance, private on site parking and WIFI. Hosts live on site. Central in between historical cities Venice, Padova and Treviso. Easy to reach from the highway. 1.5 hour from the beautiful Dolomite mountains and 1 hour from the beach.

It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Questa Villa si trova a 20 minuti da Venezia ed e' immersa in un vero oasi di verde con 12000 metri di parco, completamente recintato, un ampia piscina lunga 12 metri e larga 6 metri, un lago con una piccola barca ideale per pescare. la Villa e' arredata con finiture di altissima qualità' e completamente ristrutturata. All 'esterno si trova un bellissimo barbecue ,un ampio tavolo, una cucina completa con un forno a legna ed un camino, la cucina e ' attrezzata con un piano cottura e un frigo .

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!
