The stone house is fully renovated with traditional materials, has two floors and is located in a very peaceful area. The house has a big terrace covered with flowers, a basket terrain, a bbq, private parking and a very beautiful view of the sea. The house is ideal for families with children who can play free of supervision and also friends who want to find a shelter in the heart of the nature.

This is a very nice house in the village of Raches 4km from Kyparissia City and 2km from Kalo Nero. It is located in the middle of all the famous archeological places like Ancient Olympia, Ancient Ithomi, Nestor Palace, Epikourios Appolon Temple. All these are about 40min distance by car. Exactly next to the Tombs of Peristeria. Very close to the natural landscapes too as Neda Waterfalls. 3min. distance from the nearest beach and 40min. from the famous Voidokoilia beach.

Διαθέτει επιπλέον βεράντα καθώς και αυλή για να μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας με ηρεμία στη φύση.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook whatever you want. You can enjoy your coffe at the comfortable living room looking the magnificent view of the sea. For heating there are 3 aircondition one for every room .

Orange grove cottage

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
