Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . Το σπίτι είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο, καθώς διαθέτει δύο χώρους στάθμευσης οχημάτων πλησίον αυτού. Ο ένας σε απόσταση 150 μέτρων (πλατεία κοντά στην ταβέρνα Πηγή) και ο άλλος σε απόσταση 80 μέτρων, ο οποίος περιλαμβάνει 15 σκαλιά (πλατεία Αγίου Πνεύματος).
