We believe that we can provide a welsh home from home experience for those are looking for it as well as a wonderful base for cyclists, walkers, tourists and families alike. We are in a residential area however we are are in the perfect location for our guests to experience Bike Park Wales, the Taff Trail and the beauty of the Brecon Beacons and so many other great places.

Dare Valley Country Park is a pleasant 2 mile walk away and there are other walks from the door although none are obvious so please ask for details.

Meanwhile the ground floor contains a kitchen and a large living/dining area with lots of light. The garden includes a lock up area for 6 bikes, where padlocks can be added as well as a place to sit to have a drink and relax. WIFI is FREE! Granary 1 is set around a courtyard with two other properties and opposite The Old Barn Tearoom. The Taff Trail runs past the main gate and Pen y Fan is within walking distance. The property is in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park between the Iron Heritage town of Merthyr and Brecon. There is walking and biking from the front door, the Brecon Mountain Railway and Bike Park Wales are also close at hand.
