Our room is ideal for couples or for single occupancy. We are 3 miles from Southport with its many restaurants and unique shopping boulevard (Lord Street) also 6 miles from Ormskirk and Edge Hill University. The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. If required, continental breakfast is available by arrangement.

Two nice rooms in my home

Come and stay with us in our newly decorated rooms in our large home, one king size bed with stylish en-suite shower room, one twin beds with own bathroom. We’re in a quiet suburb of Liverpool, 20 minutes drive from the centre, ten minutes stroll to the main bus route to Liverpool or Southport, free off-road parking at the front of the house. We’ve got a lovely garden to sit in with a pizza oven and barbecue. Little breakfast included- cooked breakfasts on request. We’d love to meet you!

All are equipped with smart tvs, wifi, toiletries, towels, hairdryer, tea & coffee (complimentary 1st night). We pride ourselves on cleanliness and comfort. Our Full English breakfast is cooked fresh each morning and to your liking. We serve continental and cater for vegetarians. Our car park is located at the front of the house, is complimentary to guests. Dogs are welcome.

Within 5 mins walk from Hamilton Square train station linking you to Liverpool, Chester and beyond also 5 mins from Woodside and Irish Ferry . Our home has fantastic views over the River Mersey to Liverpool. On street parking in a controlled area . The Lofthouse is a beautiful, redecorated loft conversion which is bright and airy with on suite shower and toilet. Also smart TV , hairdryer, iron on request, tea and coffee making facilities. Light Breakfast served in our shared Kitchen .

Lynn's Place

Lynn's place is close to public transport and amenities. You will have a double room with double bed and a single bed so ideal for solo travellers, couples or friends sharing a space. This is quiet house to stay in with sitting area, tea and coffee provided, guests only Shower room and choice for breakfast of self service cereals or toast etc. I am a Medical Herbalist I live with my partner Mark and Dog Honey we leave guests to own devices unless need help then we can be messaged.

Victorian house built in 1892 with some original features and high ceilings. Your bedroom is large with a private bathroom just outside your door (not en-suite). The area is quiet and parking is guaranteed. The small garden is a pleasant space with a running water pond, on sunny mornings our guests really appreciate having breakfast there. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Situated opposite Lidl supermarket and within walking distance to Birkenhead town centre which has excellent transport links to Liverpool. Oxton lodge is a 6 minute drive to the famous mersey ferry at woodside ferry terminal. 2 double rooms which each have a private bathroom 2 single rooms share 1 bathroom shared kitchen area with breakfast bar.

Quick hop on the bus or by taxi to the city centre for M&S Bank Arena, theatres, museums, art galleries, Liverpool One shopping, lots of top restaurants and bars, Albert dock shops, wine bars & restaurants, Liverpool Eye wheel, Ferry across the mersey and of course the Beatles Museum, Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields and Beatles tours.

We offer a quiet, comfortable room with double bed - TV with Netflix. Perfect for short stays. The room has its own private and spacious entrance hallway and an en suite with a double shower. We offer a self-help continental style breakfast (cereal and toast) plus unlimited tea/coffee. The room is quiet and comfortable.
