The 2 unit Townhouse sits on 5.14 acres of land and was recently remodeled. One unit we rent-out; the second unit we live in with our family We are located: 20 minutes from Condord NH, 30 minutes from Manchester NH 40 minutes from Manchester airport and 10 minutes from New England college in Henniker NH. The nearby pond is 0.5 mile. away where you can canoe, kayak, and fish. The suite is located in the unit that we rent out through the Airbnb. It is newly constructed with a fresh decor.

If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.

This is a refurbished walk-out basement apartment, accessible through the garage. Enjoy the entire apartment with your own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The shared yard has 15 wooded acres for you to explore. Walk your dog on the trail through the woods. We are a quick 5 minute drive from Newfound lake, and set in the heart of the Lakes Region. Nearby are numerous hiking trails, snowmobile trails, ski resorts and more. We have four friendly dogs and raise chickens and goats

We provide 2 kayaks, and accessories, for no additional cost. Or in the winter you can snuggle up in the cozy interior, watch movies or just admire the beautiful snow covered trees across the river.

We have the amazing Gunstock mountain for all kinds of summer activities as well as skiing and tubing and biggest arcade around along with delicious seafood and other restaurants. We have put our creativity in renovating the house to make it as cozy and homey as if you were at your own.

Our guest studio is close to Lake Sunapee, Mount Sunapee, Pleasant Lake and Otter Pond. You can snow shoe from the front door and skiing, hiking, boating, shopping are minutes away from our quiet home on a New Hampshire scenic byway. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 1 or two small children are welcome. We have a small sofa bed and a pack and play sleeper in addition to a king bed with a luxury mattress.
