Experience the best of Caloundra from our one-bedroom studio, tucked privately under the main house with its own entry. Enjoy access to the shared pool area, your own kitchenette. Please note, we are a family of four living upstairs with our black Labrador, including a toddler and a newborn, so you may hear general household noise from above. The front yard, which you’ll walk through to access the studio, is occasionally occupied by us playing, we will always make sure we won't be a nuisance.

A perfect place to rest after a day exploring all the Coast has to offer!

The Studio is a Bright, clean, airy and stylishly decorated 1 bedroom studio apartment on the lower level of our home, two steps up so not disability friendly, ideal for couples, (sorry not child friendly.] There is a well equipped kitchenette, large corner chaise lounge, pillow-topped queen size bed, romantic candlelit bedroom, Reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI, Large Smart Screen TV with Chromecast streaming device for watching Netflix, Stan or whatever platform you use. 629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.
