Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Situato nel cuore del piccolo caratteristico paese di Gandria, sorge uno dei primi alloggi per i forestieri del secolo scorso. Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. L’appartamento si trova di fronte al lago e gode di un’ampia vista mozzafiato a 180° da poter apprezzare affacciandosi dalla grande, luminosa e accogliente terrazza mentre si assapora una buona cena in compagnia.

La casetta nel bosco Valle Anzasca

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Un appartamento ampio e luminoso al quarto piano di un elegante palazzo in centro città, affacciato direttamente sulla passeggiata lungolago di Omegna. Ampio ingresso, cucina abitabile, salotto e sala da pranzo con accesso al terrazzo con meravigliosa vista panoramica, 2 grandi camere da letto, 1 bagno e un balcone anche sul retro. Un ambiente curato, organizzato e molto confortevole, ideale per accogliere una famiglia o un gruppo di amici, fino a 5 persone, anche per soggiorni lunghi.

La Caramella

L'appartamento è situato sul lungolago, al centro del paese, con una stupenda vista dal balcone sul golfo Borromeo. Mettiamo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti gratuitamente delle biciclette (city bike e mountain bike, anche per ragazzi). Nell'appartamento i nostri amici animali sono considerati ospiti speciali e molto graditi. Di fronte alla casa vi sono pontili per l'attracco delle imbarcazioni e la spiaggia, dove a luglio per 10 giorni si svolge una grande festa per turisti.

La casa - luminosa, accogliente e con giardino privato attrezzato e posto auto - è adatta a vacanze in famiglia e tra amici, weekend romantici, pause nella natura. La casa dispone di due camere matrimoniali, terrazzo, soggiorno con divano letto e tavolo da pranzo, un bagno e cucina. A 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, a 6 minuti a piedi dal centro paese e a 10 minuti di auto dal Lago Maggiore.

Seeseitig gelegen, daher sehr zentral, aber ruhig. Dank der drei großen Bogenfenster ist die Aussicht die beste, die man sich in Orta wünschen kann! Die Aussicht, Lage und Intimität sind einzigartig! Es eignet sich für Paare, alleinstehende Abenteurer und pelzige Freunde. Private Garage 200 Meter entfernt.

Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Das Haus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.
