This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

Hi, welcome to my beautifully renovated coastal style unit. Enjoy an easy stroll to Merewether Beach for a coffee at Blue Door, or a cocktail at the renowned Surfhouse. The living room is big and spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The separate bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 mins (15 min walk) from Merewether beach and coffee shops, close to Glenrock lagoon and the Merewether ocean baths. Fantastic walking trails nearby.

Private semi detached cottage with 13 foot ceiling and polished floor boards which has been kept in its original state with minimal renovation. You have your own lounge/sitting area, kitchen/dining area and bathroom. It is one level with no steps and has 2 bedrooms, one with Queen bed & the other Double bed and King Single. Also a Steelcraft cot and high chair for babies/toddlers. Only 10 min walk from beach, Surfhouse & Beach Hotel. Air Con & Hi speed Broadband!

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.

Seaside guest house, Bar Beach.

‘Little Kilgour’ Guest House is perfectly located between the spectacular coastline, the ‘Eat Street’ precinct in Darby Street and The Junction Village boutiques, shops and cafes, all within walking distance. It is only a 200m walk across Empire Park to the beach and a bit further along to great surf breaks and ocean baths. Walk along the Bather’s Way from Bar Beach to Merewether or up to the ANZAC Memorial Walk and into Newcastle city.
