Casa Francesca liegt leicht erhöht mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Strand von Monte Gogoni und der Lagune mit ihren Flamingos. Hier wohnst Du ruhig und kannst völlig entspannen, während dich die Sonne von Morgens bis Abends verwöhnt. In 4-5 Minuten radelst du an den schönsten Strände Italiens, zu den Supermercatos, dem Hotel Chia Laguna oder diversen Restaurants. Ich kenne unsere Region wie meine Westentasche. Gerne helfe ich dir, sie wie ein Einheimischer kennen und lieben zu lernen.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
