We have very comfortable full size bed. Studio is close proximity to grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and gas station. UC Merced, and Hospital all within 10 minute driving distance. Quiet and serene retreat for families (pets allowed if approved prior to arrival) located in California Gold County on ranch property - a little over a mile from hwy 140, which is the route to the west entrance of Yosemite Valley. The property is situated in the rolling hills of Catheys Valley. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous. We are located 19 miles from North America's largest floating, inflatable aqua park Splash-n-Dash. Great summer fun !!

Coolest “Car Cave” Studio+Loft+Nice Private Yard

This unique place is off a dirt alley. It’s past owner turned it into a really cool “man cave”; he even left the big doors so he could live with his motorcycles! We obtained it, did some updating and it turned out really fun! Changed out “man for car” because, well, that’s what it is! Plus ladies love it too! It’s really best for 1 person, a couple or even 3 or 4 friends or siblings that dont mind limited privacy or climbing the steep ladder up to loft where there’s two more double beds.
