Luxury, very tastefully furnished villa with heated pool and big yard. The villa consists of three separate units. The main house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. In the basement there is a table tennis, darts, PS4 and kids corner. In the yard there are two more units, each with a double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The houses are fully equipped, air-conditioned, have underfloor heating and alarm system - ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily.
