Dispõe de jardim, árvores de fruto, mesa e local para estacionar a viatura. O lugar é muito calmo e extremamente seguro. A casa dispõe apenas de uma cama de casal, pelo que não é adequada para mais do que dois adultos e uma criança que possa dormir na mesma cama ou num berço.
