Our unique studio is located in the Cooper-Young historic district in Midtown. This charming neighborhood is home to some of the best bars, breweries, and restaurants that Memphis has to offer. Within a short walk you can get to Young Avenue Deli for a game of pool, Memphis Made Brewery for a beer, the Cooper-Young Farmers Market for local produce, or the Liberty Bowl to catch a Tigers Game. This suite is also located within a 10-minute drive from Downtown Memphis.

Duplex attached to our house! Safe Memphis suburb!

Private outdoor entrance. There is no access from the main house to the duplex and vice versa. Private! No shared spaces, no hidden cleaning fees. This cozy duplex has a living room with kitchenette ( mini fridge, microwave) and a bathroom and is attached to our house. Sleeps 2 adults, and up to 2 small children. We don’t accept guests from Memphis and don’t feel our property is right for romantic getaways considering we live next door and have kids and dogs

Welcome to my Jazz House in the heart of Midtown, Memphis, TN. My 1912 renovated home is located in the Cooper Young area in walking distance of numerous restaurants, coffee houses , theaters, shops and the famous Overton Square. At the Jazz House, your main floor level suite sleeps 2, large walk in shower and full kitchen access. Large front porch. Parking on street and in rear of home. I have placed a small refrigerator in the bedroom!
