This charming apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, private washer dryer, brand new bathroom, and accent wall dividing a comfortable living space from a cozy bedroom. There is on-street parking and stairs to access the cottage. Also, there is no smoking on the property and no parties. Thank you!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our cottage, garden and treehouse are a little oasis right in the middle of the city. Within walking distance to Overton Park, you can enjoy the Zoo, the Brooks Museum and the Overton Park Shell in minutes. Restaurants, theaters and shops are also within minutes, with downtown in just a couple of miles. We live in the main house on the other side of the backyard so we’re available if any help is needed.

Modern Asian Private Pool House

In the heart of East Memphis, we have 1.5 acre gated enclave with beautiful, vast Asian gardens and a large pool. This 70 yo mid century pool house is a stand alone building with one large room with a queen sized sofa bed and a very comfortable Murphy bed and 2 complete bathrooms each with their own twin sofa bed, and a kitchenette complete with an ice maker so you will have plenty of cool drinks for around the pool. Because of COVID we have added UV lights in the HVAC system.
