After our storming success for 6 years with our cosy Hayloft Apartment, we have totally refitted the bathroom, installed a brand new kitchen and added a single bedroom / study. Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. Unique, cozy farm cottage

Welcome to The Parlour @ Manor Organic Farm, a perfect relaxing self-catering retreat for two (plus we are pet friendly). This beautifully converted milking parlour, offers a quiet private space, that comes with it’s own modern bathroom, open planning kitchen living area and a spacious luxurious bedroom. It also offers a great enclosed garden space. Nestled within our Organic farm, The Parlour provides a unique getaway, surrounded by nature and walks plus great pubs within walking distance!

Drift View Shepherds Hut

Welcome to Drift View, lovingly designed and built by ourselves and set on our family farm close to the Rutland/Leicestershire border. The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. You can experience the peace and tranquillity the location provides whilst enjoying the luxury of the shepherds hut which has an en-suite with shower, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and both indoor/outdoor dining areas.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Little Oaks at Hillview

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

Idyllic Thatched Country Cottage - a hidden gem!

Situated in the picturesque village of Wing, this adorable thatched cottage is nestled in the grounds of beautiful Cedar House. The property was fully renovated in March 2021 and is the ideal getaway location to explore everything that stunning Rutland has to offer. The cottage is only 5 minute drive to Rutland Water, Uppingham and Oakham, so you have everything you wish to experience during your stay on your doorstep. Historic Stamford is also only 20 mins away.

Delightful BumbleBee Quirky Lodge private Hot tub

Enjoy a romantic retreat for two in our Quirky Lodge over looking goats and chickens in the paddock. This quiet location is in a lovely village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir. Just a short walk to the historic village pub and restaurant and a short drive to Belvoir Castle and the Engine Yard for Artisan shopping. Relax in the hot tub and outdoor Kitchen BBQ area with glass in hand listening to the birds and watching the robins play. A truly relaxing break.

Cosy luxury glamping pod Rosina.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

Lovely cottage in outstanding rural location.

Self contained accommodation, private entrance in beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Village pub 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

Honeysuckle Cottage

Enjoy relaxing in a cosy 2 bedroom cottage, located in a quiet Leicestershire village 10 minutes outside Loughborough. The cottage is just walking distance from a selection of amazing restaurants, pubs and cafes. Relax with a dip in the hot tub, or fire up the wood burner to get you warm during cold winter nights. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a king (with the option of splitting it into 2 singles)

Beautiful Conversion in Rutland Countryside

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
