Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Arogno liegt südexponiert, durch einen Hügelzug abgeschirmt von Lärm von Autobahn- und Zugverkehr und ist doch nah davon und 10 Autominuten vom See und Bahnhof entfernt. Das Haus eignet sich insbesondere für Entspannung im Grünen, Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Kultur- und Badeferien im Tessin. Am See hat es unzählige Badeplätze. In Rovio ein Wasserfall mit Badebecken.

Un Gioiello di Vista Lago

Mein Haus ist in Tosnacco, dem oberen Teil von Moltrasio gelegen, einem der schönsten Orte entlang des Comer See's, recht nahe zum Zentrum von Como (ca. 15 min Fahrt). Vom öffentlichen, kostenlosen Parkplatz sind es ca. 200m bergauf zu meinem Haus - mit schwerem Gepäck wohl anstrengend. Als Ausgleich für den Anstieg gibt es aber ein spektakulären Seeblick, speziell vom Balkon aus. Zum Zentrum von Moltrasio mit Restaurants und einem Minimarket sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuss.

The Suite is appr. 40 sq mtrs, all in Carrara marble, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a wide living room with windows on the forest all around, a double bed, a large bathroom with shower. The Suite include the exclusive use of a long balcony and a wide terrace equipped with sits, table and umbrella. Suite has Wi-fi and Swisscom TV
