3 Bedroom/ 2.5 bath lake home on a 1.35 acre private peninsula featuring 365' of shoreline on Chickamauga Lake. Located in Decatur, TN with easy access to the nearby cities of Cleveland, Chattanooga and Knoxville. The outdoor space has been designed with ultimate relaxation in mind. The large 900 square foot outdoor patio features a wood burning fireplace and plenty of outdoor seating, with a large dock at the water. Inside is spacious with a game room in the loft - foosball, air hockey&arcade!

Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.
