Centar grada je na udaljenosti od 1 km, najveci shoping mall centar na udaljenosti od 1.5km. U neposrednoj blizini, na svega 50m se nalazi najatraktivnije setaliste brdo Ljubovic, okruzeno borovom sumom i koja je najpoznatija setacka zona u Podgorici. Stan se nalazi na svega 9 km do aerodroma. U blizini stana su takodje locirani brojni supermarketi, restorani i barovi.

It is around 20-minute walk from the city centre or 5-minute drive. There are two food stores nereby (IDEA, 3-5 minutes on foot) and a large store (VOLI) - 3-minute drive. There is a restaurant (Stara kuća) in close proximity (on foot).

As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.
