Objekt se nalazi u samim Toplicama Sveti Martin nekih 400 m udaljen od bazena na mirnoj lokaciji okružen prekrasnom prirodom. Gostima je osiguran mali i srednji ručnik za osobnu higijenu, veliki ručnik za bazen i saunu, toaletni papir te tekući sapun za ruke. Kuća sadrži perilicu i sušilicu rublja, kompletno opremljenu kuhinju. Vanjska terasa je dimenzije 6,5x3,5 m s orijentacijom na južnu stranu s prekrasnim pogledom na šumu. Dvije spavaće sobe, dvije kupaonice sa walk in tušem te zasebni wc.

The holiday house 'Franc Holiday House' is located in a quiet street in Lopatinec (Međimurje). The house has a private wellness area with a hydromassage bath, a sauna and a starry sky. Guests have access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Owners of electric cars can charge their vehicle for free at the charger located next to the house. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating as well as underfloor heating. Parking is free.
