The 2nd level is a private rooftop terrace that overlooks the pool. The condo is in a gated community in the town of Loiza, which is 30 miles east of Old San Juan, and 15 miles west of El Yunque Rain Forest. It is a small town so a rental car is a must. The condo is a 3rd floor walk-up.

Note: A rental car is essential to get here and move around the area.

From fajardo you can take public ferries to Vieques and Culebra island. Our place is at 20 minutes distance to Yunque Rainforest and Hacienda Carabalí. Near the house you find, super market and restaurants like Le Parrilla, la Parrilla and Luquillo Kiosks!
